Client Terms and Conditions

Ordering a sign post installation, whether by Internet or phone constitutes as your agreement to our client terms and conditions.

Client agrees:

  • To reimburse Valley Sign Post for any damaged, lost, stolen or vandalized property (up to $150). ​

  • Obtain any required authorization from strata and/or property owners prior to installation.

  • Provide detailed, accurate, and complete instructions for installation.

  • Sold Stickers are not permitted on the Sign Posts

  • The rental period of the sign post is for six (6) months, the client agrees to pay the six (6) month renewal fee if applicable. There is a new renewal fee after every 6 months. 

  • Posts will be placed on the property at the discretion of Valley Sign Post staff unless special instructions are given at the time of order. 

  • Posts can be installed in as little as 24 hours from receipt of service requests during business days, but are not guaranteed. And may incur a rush service surcharge. Please book in advance. Closed Weekends and Holidays. Orders must be received by 3 pm for next day service.

  • Removals will be serviced within 2 - 3 business days. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any location where a homeowner or tenant may appear to pose a risk to the safety of our staff. In this event, the client will be charged a $25.00 service fee.

  • Post install rentals are for one-time use only. If the listing is cancelled, sold or expired, that terminates the initial agreement and a new agreement for post rental shall be initiated. No consecutive uses are permitted without a new install request and payment.
